SUPREME IS A NEW DANCE COMPETITION BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE PEOPLE THAT CREATED GTB.

SUPREME DANCERS WILL BE REWARDED FOR EVERY ACT AS WELL AS PLACING 1ST-3RD IN EACH SECTION. DANCERS CAN NOMINATE ONE THEIR SOLO’S TO BE A “TITLE CONTENDER” ROUTINE WHICH WILL BE JUDGED SEPARATELY AS THE COMPETITION CONTINUES.

DIVISIONS (NEW IN 2024)

GOLD DIVISION

THIS DIVISION IS DESIGNED FOR RECREATIONAL/NOVICE DANCERS WITH LITTLE TO NO DANCE COMPETITION EXPERIENCE. DANCERS IN THE GOLD DIVISION WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR OVERALL AWARDS OR FOR SELECTION TO DANCE IN THE 'TITLE BATTLE'.

DIAMOND DIVISION

THIS DIVISION IS FOR MORE ADVANCED DANCERS WITH COMPETITION EXPERIENCE. DANCERS WISHING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR OVERALL AWARDS AND SELECTION FOR THE TITLE BATTLE SHOULD ENTER THIS DIVISION.

 

SUPREME TITLE CONTENDER
DANCERS MAY NOMINATE ANY OF THEIR ROUTINES TO BE JUDGED AS A TITLE CONTENDER ROUTINE, THIS IS NOT AN ADDITIONAL SECTION. THE NOMINATED ROUTINE(S) WILL BE JUDGED WITHIN THEIR OWN SECTION PLUS A SEPARATE SHEET FOR TITLE SCORING. NEW IN 2024 - DANCERS MAY NOMINATE MULTIPLE SOLOS AS TITLE ROUTINES. 

 

JUDGING
EACH ACT (REGIONALS) WILL BE AWARDED: 

SUPREME (80-85)

GRAND SUPREME (86-90)

ULTIMATE SUPREME (91-95)

XTREME SUPREME (96+)

PLUS EACH SECTION WILL ALSO BE PLACED 1ST-3RD WITH BIGGER AWARDS.

 

AWARDS
EACH DANCER WILL RECEIVE MEDALS FOR EACH ACT AND BIG AWARDS FOR 1ST, 2ND & 3RD

THERE WILL BE SPECIAL AWARDS FOR HIGHER ACHIEVING DANCERS AS WELL.

 

RULES

REGO ADMIN FEE

This is compulsory for each dancer and covers all viewing, digital program production and delivery, public liability insurance, plus the increase in administration due to current global events. Please note this fee is non-refundable for such instances as "change of mind", "conflict of other events on at the time", "no show" etc - Injuries we can accommodate with transfers to other events

PROGRAM - FREE DIGITAL DOWNLOAD

Please ensure to check the program draft and make sure your child is in the correct age group (age is based on the start day of each regional for solos, duos, trios. Also check for spelling and correct styles. email info@supremedanceexperience.com if you see any issues.

*Any changes AFTER the program has been numbered and finalised will incur a $5 per change charge

 

MUSIC - FREE at Supreme!!

We will ask for you to upload your music via our website prior to each competition, an email will be sent 1-2 weeks before the start date once programs have been numbered. If you have entered multiple GTB/Supreme Regionals you will need to do this for EACH regional as the competitor numbers will be different for each one. We will announce one music uploads are open for your event and you will put your music in labelled the following way – ACT NUMBER-NAME-STYLE (eg 15-EBONY HART-JAZZ)
WE DO NOT PLAY CD’S AT SUPREME EVENTS

*If you do not submit your music before the deadline a $5 per act charge will result.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Please note, GTB and Supreme events are prepared months in advance, your entries into our events weeks or months before we run them are invested into an entire year of tour which may include - Prizes, Non refundable Venue Deposits, Staff Travel and Accommodation, Flooring, Judges and their travel, Fixtures, Administration, etc. 

• No refunds are given for change of mind, other commitments, or clash with another competition.

• If a dancer becomes injured, an event transfer will become available, or credit for the following year will apply. Medical proof will be required.

• If GTB is forced to cancel an event (State or Federal Government direction or venue enforced cancellation) the event will become an online regional and we will accept old videos or newly created studio or home videos from dancers.

JUDGES AUDIO FEEDBACK

These will be placed in a dropbox folder and emailed to you.

ARRIVAL

Doors will open approx 30 minutes to one hour before start time each day. Please check program and arrive a good time before your child is scheduled to dance.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Enter the age group based on your date of birth and the age cut of START DATE OF EACH EVENT – eg if 10 on this date you will be in Youngsters (10-11). It is the age you are on the date the event starts.

2. If wanting to enter the Title Contender, you will need to select the $25 extra payment and then note what style(s) the judge will be judging for the Contender in the text area below. This may be changed later, but not after the program is finalised.

3. Everything is including in your entry fee – Registration, Viewing (except overseas events and group events), Digital Program, Public Liability Insurance, etc

4. Title Contender may be entered on the day at the event – but at an additional cost.

5. Music will be uploaded by you closer to the event date – you will be notified, No CDs accepted at Supreme.
